About the Company

Gazprom Energoholding LLC is a vertically integrated holding company (a wholly owned subsidiary of Gazprom PJSC), which manages energy generation companies of Gazprom Group according to unified corporate standards.

Gazprom Energoholding LLC is the largest owner of power industry (power and heat energy generation) assets in Russia (controlling interest in PJSC Mosenergo, PJSC MOEK, PJSC TGK-1and PJSC OGK-2). The Group includes over 80 power plants with installed capacity of approximately 39 GW (electric capacity) и 71,2 thousand Gcal/h (thermal capacity) (which is about 17% of the installed capacity of the whole Russian energy system). Gazprom Energoholding is among the top 10 European power producers.

  • Participation in formation of a standpoint and execution of Gazprom Group companies’ controlling shareholder’s powers.
  • Development of set of measures aimed at management efficiency increasement and decreasement of expenses of power generation companies.
  • Development and implementation of unified efficient strategies and policies (Technical policy, Ecological policy etc.) at power generation companies.
  • Development and updating of a unified financial model of power generation companies.
  • Implementation of a unified investment strategy and control over its execution in power generation companies.
  • Representing a unified standpoint of group of companies in mutual relations with state authorities, market regulators and major contracting parties.
