The Memorandum of Intent of PJSC Gazprom in relation to the controlled companies PJSC Mosenergo, PJSC MOEK, PJSC OGK-2 and PJSC TGK-1
Electric power industry is a strategically important field of activities of Gazprom Group. For the last 10 years, Russia’s largest vertically integrated electric power holding was created within PJSC Gazprom. The holding consolidates assets in the field of production of power and heat energy, transmission and sales of heat energy and assets in adjacent segments.
Electric power assets are consolidated within a wholly owned subsidiary, Gazprom Energoholding LLC, which owns controlling interests of companies PJSC Mosenergo, PJSC TGK-1 and the unified heat supply company of Moscow — PJSC MOEK. The controlling interests of PJSC OGK-2 belong to PJSC Centrenergoholding, a subsidiary of Gazprom Energoholding LLC.
PJSC Mosenergo, PJSC TGK-1, PJSC OGK-2 and PJSC MOEK are an integral part of business of Gazprom Group, disposition of the specified assets is not considered.
